I Can Haz Newz?

I have never been one for writing. Maybe that’s why I have been doing a poor job at keeping up with the “news” section. Luckily, there will be plenty of time for that now because I took a blind leap of faith and quit my day job in order to fulfill my dream of sewing plush full time. Gulp! In the words of Jimmy Eat World, “If I don’t let myself be happy now, then when?”. I know that’s a tad cheesy, but they’ve got a really good point…and Clarity is an awesome album.
So…what’s new you ask?
I have moved my sewing operation out of the drafty corner of my apartment and into a new studio space that I am sharing with fellow plushinator, Lana Crooks.
There are also some new toys & buttons that are currently for sale on etsy, as well as new drawings on steffbomb.com.
I am currently taking wholesale orders for the holidays. Please email me at steff@steffbomb.com for price inquires.

Just updated the website a little bit. I added two new drawings to the sketchbook & a few more plush photos. Woo!
Thank you to everyone that came to Pitchfork this past weekend. Jesus Lizard was so good & I wish Built To Spill played more songs from “There’s Nothing Wrong With Love”, either way, it was the ultimate best weekend ever! I couldn’t believe how nice everyone was & how fast things were selling. A big thank you to Sarah Bortt for putting on Coterie. I can’t wait to do it next year!
On a side note, Happy Birthday Luisa!!! Luisa turns 16 today. She makes some incredible plush toys! Check out her website: http://www.pockitpalz.com/
If you stopped by my Corterie table at Pitchfork you might have seen the Baby Carrots that I made. They were so cute, that I thought I would make some Baby Corn too.
Before I start anything new this summer, I wanted to complete the growing amount of unfinished projects that seemed to have accumulated over the last year, one of which was this chomped ice cream sammy.
